    1. Introduction

    These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services; by using our website and services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

    Tennuchi's Travels provides personalized travel planning and booking services. Our services include but are not limited to:

    • Custom itinerary creation
    • Accommodation booking
    • Transportation arrangements
    • Tour and activity reservations
    • Travel insurance recommendations
    • Visa application assistance
    • 24/7 travel support

    3. Booking and Payment

    When you make a booking through Tennuchi's Travels, you agree to the following terms:

    • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
    • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain bookings.
    • Full payment is typically required 60 days prior to travel, unless otherwise specified.
    • Payment methods accepted include credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified during the booking process.
    • All prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

    4. Cancellations and Refunds

    Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

    • Cancellations made 60 days or more before travel: Full refund minus deposit and any non-refundable fees.
    • Cancellations made 30-59 days before travel: 50% refund minus any non-refundable fees.
    • Cancellations made less than 30 days before travel: No refund.
    • All cancellations must be received in writing.
    • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation being confirmed.
    • Travel Counsellors' Financial Protection guarantees that your money is protected in the unlikely event of financial failure.

    We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

    5. Travel Documents and Requirements

    You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary travel documents:

    • Valid passport with at least six months validity beyond your return date.
    • Appropriate visas for all countries you will visit or transit through.
    • Any required vaccinations or health documents.
    • Travel insurance documentation.

    While we provide guidance on travel requirements, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure all documentation is correct and up-to-date.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    Tennuchi's Travels acts as an agent for travel suppliers and cannot be held responsible for:

    • Acts or omissions of travel suppliers.
    • Changes to itineraries or services made by suppliers.
    • Cancellations, delays, or other disruptions caused by factors outside our control.
    • Personal injury, illness, property damage, or other losses incurred during travel.
    • Any issues arising from failure to comply with travel requirements.

    Our liability is limited to the value of the services we directly provide.

    7. Force Majeure

    We cannot accept liability or pay compensation where the performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by events beyond our control, including but not limited to war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, and similar events beyond our control.

    8. Amendments to These Terms

    We may update these terms and conditions from time to time by posting a new version on our website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are familiar with any changes.

    9. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
