Your Questions, Answered
- How big a group can you coordinate?
- From 8 to 80+. For smaller groups I can usually secure group rates with hotels and airlines. For larger parties I'll coordinate villa takeovers, charter coaches, group dining and dedicated welcome events.
- Can group members book and pay separately?
- Yes — I issue individual booking confirmations and accept individual deposits and payments, while managing the whole group as one project. Each guest has the same ATOL protection as a standalone booking.
- Do you plan destination weddings?
- Yes — Italy, Santorini, Mexico, the Caribbean and Mauritius are firm favourites. I work alongside on-site wedding coordinators, handle guest logistics and build optional excursion programmes for guests around the ceremony day.
- Can you handle multi-generational family trips?
- Absolutely — these are some of my favourite trips. The key is matching a property with the right mix of kids' clubs, teen facilities, adult-only zones and accessibility for grandparents. I'll find resorts and itineraries that genuinely work for every age.
- How far in advance should we plan a group trip?
- 12 to 18 months is ideal. Group rates often need to be held with a small refundable deposit early, and the bigger the group the harder it is to find availability close-in. For destination weddings, 18–24 months is typical.
